R.E. Carrillo , Chief Executive Officer
R.E. Carrillo has 35 years of successful experience in the concert and event industry. He has handled over $45 million in gross revenues over that time frame. Over the years R.E. has booked such country music acts as: Kenny Chesney, George Strait, Alabama, Hank Williams, Jr., Rascal Flats, Garth Brooks, Alan Jackson, Taylor Swift and dozens more. He has booked rock acts: ZZ Top, Blue Oyster Cult, AC/DC, Pat Benatar, The Allman Brothers Band, The Beach Boys, Moody Blues, Lynard Skynard, Maroon 5, Kansas and many more. He has also booked Celine Deion, Earth Wind & Fire, Dave Matthews Band, Kenny G and others. He has had contracts with venues such as: American Airlines Arena – Miami, Florida, Bank Atlantic Center – Sunrise, Florida, UFC Arena- Orlando, Florida, Hard Rock Café-Hollywood, Florida, Mississippi Gulf Coast Coliseum – Biloxi, Mississippi, Ford Park Complex-Beaumont, Texas, as well as venues, in Michigan, Ohio and elsewhere.

 

Russ Morley, Chief Operating Officer
Russ has served at the executive level of two national radio broadcast companies and was responsible for the supervision of mid-managers in numerous markets including Miami, West Palm, Charlotte, Jacksonville, Orlando, and New Orleans. Russ was Director of Programming in San Francisco, Dallas, Orlando, Memphis, and West Palm Beach. Duties included budgeting, directing staff, coaching talent, recruiting and hiring, marketing, developing promotions, administering and implementing results from perceptual studies, interfacing with sales, creative production, client relations, special event management, and consumer research. Russ was also owner and in charge of new business development /client relations for Vogue Travel for 8 years in West Palm Beach, which he sold in 1998. Has administered and created numerous direct mail, outdoor, and television advertising and marketing campaigns including a national TV campaign for a consumer medical product. Russ has managed and directed numerous festivals and consumer events in Florida, Texas, California, and Tennessee.

 

Nanette Lawrenson, Sponsorship Director
Prior to joining Pegasus, Nanette was the foundation president of the Loggerhead Marinelife Center in Juno Beach and before that it’s Executive Director. She helped transform the organization from a small sea turtle rescue effort to multi-million dollar sea turtle education, research and rehabilitation organization that welcomes more than 200,000 visitors per year. Prior to her employ at the LMC, Nanette designed and managed a $6 million capital campaign for construction of the new LMC campus. Ms. Lawrenson has over twenty years of experience in the high-end retail management industry including strategic planning, marketing and community relations, business development through staff recruitment and staff development programs, and ten year's experience leading fund-raising campaigns. As Vice President of Tiffany & Co., she opened and managed two stores and served as the company spokesperson for South Florida, which required frequent public speaking engagements in person, on radio and television.
